Bob and Bill will be sharing many invaluable pearls of wisdom with founders taking this workshop, because there are as many ways to optimally exit a startup as there are mistakes to avoid. As I learned from my flight instructor (and this goes for founders just as well), situational aware means "always knowing where you are, where you're going, and how you're going to get there." So understanding your optimal exit strategy should be a crucial part - if not the first part - of developing your business plan.
