关于我们
Founded in 1947, VJS Construction Services (formerly Voss Jorgensen Schueler Co.) is one of Wisconsin’s top general contractors, construction managers, and design builders. We specialize in developing distinctive facilities for education, senior living, housing, retail, manufacturing, medical, corporate office, religious and government. VJS handles every aspect of a construction project. Our comprehensive list of construction services includes value engineering, life cycle cost analysis, construction administration, subcontractor bidding and negotiation, scheduling, cost control and project close-out. With a strong field force, we are also able to self-perform demolition, concrete and carpentry. But where we really stand out is our relationships with our customers. Our ability to respond to customers’ needs is the hallmark of our reputation. Every construction project we undertake is important, and we seek to establish long-term relationships with our clients. As a result, 80% of our annual volume is from clients asking us to build with them again. We have the systems, expertise and resources to make your vision a reality. Our aim is to provide an exceptional building experience for all clients by focusing on flexibility and teamwork to promote creativity and innovative solutions. We execute the construction process in a manner that meets our clients needs for greater efficiencies, lower cost and shorter delivery time. Anything Less than Exceptional is Unacceptable.

It was an honor to stand with the Waukesha community at the Waukesha Parade Memorial at Grede Park Dedication Ceremony, remembering those impacted by this profound tragedy. Our connection to this community runs deep. For nearly 20 years, Waukesha has been our home, and like so many others, we were deeply affected by this event. We are privileged to have played a role in building this place of reflection and remembrance. The memorial is a powerful testament to resilience—a nearly 20-foot, six-sided heart, with each side honoring one of the six lives lost. Ribbons form the heart, connecting to surrounding benches, while a backdrop of clay tiles created by survivors and community members shares messages of hope and strength. We are profoundly grateful to the subcontractors who answered the call to action, joining us in providing in-kind services to bring this meaningful project to life. This was a time for reflection and a powerful demonstration of how collective effort can honor the past while building a brighter future.
