A year ago we posted some somber stats on #InternationalWomensDay especially on the reality of women in entrepreneurship. We thought we'd share some things we've done over the past year as a means of public accountability. In some ways Vixul is impressive with 4 out of its 6-person team being female and a female co-founder. But we did receive some very valid criticism in the women building Vixul are not getting enough spotlight on them and in general we need to do a better job in putting women on stage. And we have been addressing that mistake.
