Not only did Vitaminis make the RangeMe/Mass Market Retailers Top Brands in Health & Beauty Care for this month, but they ALSO made it on the list back in November! As you may know, the list is determined from the amount of accepted Immediate Opportunity submissions as well as buyer engagement the brand receives. In fact, it was one of these Immediate Opportunity submissions that brought Vitaminis Founder Leslie Danford to Chicago, where she was at the ECRM GLP-1, Weight Management, Nutrition & Vitamin Session to meet in-person with a national retailer who invited her because of her submission. (She's had several meetings with retailers from her Immediate Opportunity submissions already!) She was pitching the buyer two of her clean-label shelf-stable juice shots: - Immune Support: Available in an orange pineapple juice flavor and contains Vitamin C, Zinc and Magnesium (as much zinc as 4 avocados and as much magnesium as 5 cups of spinach) - Gut Health: Available in a berry banana juice flavor and contains as much probiotics as 2 cups of yogurt and as much fiber as a cup of broccoli. Gotta love LinkedIn! If Vitaminis Founder Leslie Danford hadn't posted on LinkedIn last week, our interview would never had happened! Leslie had checked in with hospitality at ECRM's Vitamin & Supplements Session in Chicago, where a major retailer was meeting with brands it selected from a RangeMe Immediate Opportunity. Vitaminis was one of the brands selected. While she was at the hospitality lounge, she saw the foam core boards of the RangeMe Top Brands from the past three months as published in Mass Market Retailers. The Health & Beauty Care list was published in November, and Vitaminis was on it. So she took a selfie next to it and shared it on LinkedIn. What she didn't know, was that the latest HBC Top Brands listing was just published on MMR's website that day, and she made the list again! So I messaged her on LinkedIn and we connected when she returned the next day for her buyer meeting, and I interviewed her about her brand and products! RangeMe's Top Brands in Health & Beauty Care listing is now live in Mass Market Retailers' Research section and its February print issue! It highlights the 50 brands garnering the most interest on RangeMe from buyers actively seeking new products and is a leading indicator of the types of products we can expect to see on store shelves in the coming months and years. Categories include Cosmetics, Skin Care, Vitamins, Supplements, Hair Care, Cough & Cold and more! Each month, in its Research section online and in select print issues, MMR will feature the RangeMe Top brands in one of the following categories which will rotate each month: Health & Beauty Care, Food & Beverage and General Merchandise. Brand selection is determined by the number of approved submissions from RangeMe’s Immediate Opportunity campaigns. These are campaigns hosted by retailers via RangeMe to meet a specific need – typically category-focused or around a theme such as sustainability, private label or supplier diversity. More than 350 campaigns are held throughout the year, drawing over 40,000 submissions and 9,000 approvals from retailers. All RangeMe Starter, Premium and Pro subscribers can submit products to Immediate Opportunities. Also factored into the selections are positive buyer actions on RangeMe Brand Profile pages – such as sample requests, messaging activity, meeting requests, and product saves.
