Today at?#N4GParis, our colleagues and partners at the?Eleanor Crook Foundation?and the?Children's Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), supported by?Kirk Humanitarian?and the?Gates Foundation, brought together partners to strengthen collaboration, share progress, and advance new commitments to scale up Multiple Micronutrient Supplements (#MMS) to support healthier pregnancies and better birth outcomes globally. ? During the session, Namukose Samalie (Samalie Namukose), Assistant Commissioner Health Services/Nutrition for Uganda’s Ministry of Health, discussed the government-led?#MMS?scale up in #Uganda, which is supported by Vitamin Angels, UNICEF Uganda, and many other partners. ? We hope that momentum from #NutritionForGrowth will help fuel even more governments to #InvestinMMS - a low-cost, proven nutrition solution that can help transform maternal and child health. ? Around the world, Vitamin Angels works hand-in-hand with governments at local, regional, and national levels to help strengthen existing health systems and improve access to high-impact nutrition interventions for underserved communities.
