Investing in creating opportunities for people to learn, collab and bond is crucial for success in a multicultural environment. This week was really inspiring! I had the privilege to attend our 2025 Amazon Community Impact Volunteering team kick off summit in London with colleagues from around the world leading the way towards an engaging and impactful volunteering culture within Amazon. We believe volunteering has the power to be transformative for Amazonians and communities, and that coming together multiplies our impact. During our time we also had the privilege of volunteering with Visit.org in favor of students from the Generation Success program providing a space for teamwork mentorship and collaboration to enhance their careers! I’m so Inspired I can’t wait to see the scale of our collective impact on 2025 and beyond!

Visit.org?recently partnered with Cencora to facilitate eight virtual social impact events in a single day, during a single session, bringing all teams together at once. As part of the company's effort to support cancer patients, more than 170 volunteers assembled care packages for pediatric patients while forging deeper connections with their colleagues. Behind the Visit.org’s team executed a meticulous, multi-layered preparation process to ensure a flawless experience. Our production team conducted multiple live technical checks with each distribution center to troubleshoot potential challenges in advance, guaranteeing seamless connectivity across locations. Logistics experts coordinated the precise distribution of materials to ensure every participant had the necessary supplies at the right time, to all locations across the country. Meanwhile, our expert event hosts and producers crafted an engaging, interactive experience designed to keep hundreds of participants actively involved and immersed in the impact of their contributions. This initiative -- led by?Visit.org’s Senior Virtual Technical Producer Jorge Fernandez and Customer Success Manager Ana Gutierrez -- demonstrates?Visit.org’s ability to deliver seamless, high-energy, large-scale virtual activations that create meaningful engagement for frontline employees—traditionally an underserved segment in corporate social responsibility programs.
