?? What an unforgettable experience! VISE was honored to host an exclusive early screening of 'Rule Breakers', an Angel Studios film.
The movie tells the inspiring true story of the Afghan Dreamers, an all-female robotics team who defied incredible odds to compete on the global stage. These remarkable young women represent resilience, determination, and the power of breaking barriers.
Opening remarks were made by Michael Miga, VISE Director and Harvie Branscomb Professor, Camilla Benbow, Patricia and Rodes Hart Dean of Education and Human Development and the producer of the film, Laura Bilodeau Overdeck, Founder of Bedtime Math and an educational philanthropist.
Following the Rule Breakers screening, Dr. Miga moderated an inspiring panel featuring:
