?? €11.6 trillion – about a third of total private wealth in the EU. That’s how much has been sitting idle in bank accounts for years. ? ???? Now, the European Commission is making a fresh push to free up investment and access these resources. Previous attempts to do so have stalled, but this is now about collective security and the protection of our democracies. ?? It comes in the context of the ReArm Europe Plan, making #defence sustainable by incentivising #investment in European markets.
