Who We Are Looking for: The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication and organizational skills, and pays close attention to detail. This individual will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of communication tasks, supporting our team with research, managing internal and external communications, coordinating marketing activities such as sweepstakes and giveaways, managing content creation for our platforms, and providing event coordination support. Key Responsibilities: -Research & Insights: Conduct competitive research and industry analysis, providing insights to guide strategic decisions. -Media & Internal Communications Management: Organize media assets and internal documents, maintaining a structured system for easy access and updates. -Sweepstakes & Giveaways: Coordinate sweepstakes, giveaways, and partner communications, ensuring compliance and tracking campaign success. -Content Creation & Blog Management: Write and manage content for the company blog, oversee the editorial calendar, and collaborate with team members for engaging content. -YouTube & Media Programming: Write compelling YouTube descriptions and oversee media programming execution, ensuring consistent and engaging content across platforms. -Event Coordination: Manage event planning, invites, and provide on-site support, coordinating with vendors and ensuring seamless execution. Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. -Proven experience in a communications, marketing, or editorial role. -1-2 years work experience as a communications coordinator or in similar communications related jobs is a big plus -Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail. -Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. -Experience with content management systems, social media platforms, and project management tools. -Knowledge of digital media trends, SEO, and content marketing best practices. -Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
