How do respondents prefer to be paid Until June 2024, Esearch respondents were paid cash, via PayPal.?In the months leading up to that time, we started to receive more complaints about the PayPal only option, some requesting checks via mail (not operationally efficient) and some asking for more gift card options.?We ran a survey among panelists and with an overwhelming response were able to confirm that 1. Respondents want cash and 2. Respondents want options for redeeming cash incentives.?We’re now partnered with Virtual Incentives for a smooth redemption process and regularly receive positive feedback about this change.?We keep it simple, issuing incentives by project with no ‘bank’ for respondents to cash out of, and can efficiently offer a variety of choices for redemption in addition to PayPal, all in one spot. Reflecting on what an inspiring and fun time we had in Austin at our Revenue meeting last week, and so grateful to say that I have been part of quite a few teams that have strategized, learned and celebrated in ways that made me really appreciate the individuals I get to work with.
