Virginians for the Arts (VFTA) is the statewide non-profit organization dedicated to adequate funding for the arts and broad education of Virginiaa??s citizens about the importance of arts and culture in our communities. We engage Virginians in a united advocacy effort to increase public funding for the Virginia Commission for the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts and to pursue legislative actions that will improve the conditions for the arts and artists. VFTA increases the public value of, and appreciation for, the arts in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
