Welcome to Our New Boys Director & MLS NEXT Head Coach, Haris! Born in Germany with Bosnian roots, Haris brings a global perspective shaped by his playing career across Germany, Malta, Sweden, and Latvia. His coaching journey began with the New York Red Bulls youth system, leading to roles as an ECNL coach and Boys Director of Coaching in Florida. He has also contributed to US Club Soccer’s id2 National Program. Haris holds top coaching credentials, including a UEFA A / Elite Youth A License (2025/26), USSF B License, FAW/UEFA Coach Educator, and USSF Grassroots Instructor. Welcome to the family, Haris!

Virginia Revolution Soccer Club will officially join MLS NEXT’s new competition tier in September 2025. MLS NEXT is the premier player development platform in North America. This milestone strengthens the club’s commitment to providing the highest level of competition and player development. Following last year’s addition of the Girls Academy, Virginia Revolution’s inclusion in MLS NEXT expands exposure and pathways for both boys and girls at the club. ??GA1 Coaching Lineup - 2025/26?? Our GA1 coaching staff for 2025/26 is locked in, bringing a relentless commitment to player development, competition, and success. With a proven track record and the credentials to back it, this coaching staff is built to elevate our players’ development. Their experience, leadership, and attention to detail will set the standard as we prepare for the season ahead. Revolution is ready.

We had a great evening connecting with prospective new parents at Revolution Sports Academy! This event was an opportunity for families to learn more about our soccer and academic programs through an engaging presentation, followed by a tour of our facilities. We loved sharing what makes RSA such a unique and enriching experience for student-athletes, and we’re excited about the future ahead! Revolution Sports Academy (“RSA”), in partnership with DC United, is a college and professional readiness program for middle and high school boys and girls with academic support delivered by the leading provider of educational services to the MLS, SAI Academy. The Academy, housed on Revolution’s 37-acre campus in Loudoun County, will provide students with access to the area’s most advanced sporting facility during their day as well as an opportunity to interact with SAI’s experienced teaching staff.
