Did you know? Every six weeks, Veterans Services Representative Charles Reynolds (Springfield Benefits Office) visits the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) in Washington, DC to assist the veteran residents in submitting their VA claims to receive the benefits they have earned from their time in service. Pictured is Reynolds on the AFRH grounds at Lincoln's Cottage - a place President Lincoln used to visit to get away from the White House where he could see battalions of soldiers camped out. #virginiaveterans
