The 2024 Virginia Education & Workforce Conference has just adjourned! Attendees concluded today by hearing keynote remarks by The Honorable Bryan Slater, Virginia Secretary of Labor and Dr. William Hazel, CEO of Claude Moore Opportunities. Thank you to The Honorable Kirk Cox, President of the VIRGINIA BUSINESS HIGHER EDUCATION COUNCIL for bringing special remarks.

To conclude our morning program, attendees heard keynote remarks from Tom Barkin, President & CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. He was introduced by Patrick Murray, Vice President of Government affairs at KinderCare Learning Companies.

Our first panel discussion, “Successful Business-Education Partnerships to Support Economic Growth and Talent Pipelines” has just concluded.
