MEET DR. FARR Dr. Kenneth D. Farr is an Oculoplastic surgeon in Bluffton, SC who specializes in cosmetic procedures for the face, body, and skin. He is the medical director and owner of VIP Cosmetic Surgery, which is located in Bluffton and Hilton Head, SC. Dr. Farr is board certified in ophthalmology by the American Board of Ophthalmologists and has specialty training in dermatology, eyelid reconstruction, and facial plastic surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS) and the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS). He was then accepted into the U.S. Air Force Health Professions Scholarship Program as a medical officer. He then completed his internship and residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC where he became chief resident and later served as a clinical instructor.
