Celebrating milestones and cherishing the little moments! Just had to share this adorable snapshot of my nephew, who’s already got a big interest in construction! He likes rocking my hard hat and safety vest, even though they're comically oversized on him. He’s got a passion for tractors, excavators, and construction equipment, and his eyes light up whenever he gets to see machinery in action. This moment got me thinking about the future generation and the impact we can have on them. As I celebrate my first anniversary with Viola Inc. I’m reminded of the importance of family and how they support and inspire us. Seeing my nephew so excited about the industry reminds me why we do what we do—construction shapes the world we live in, creating the spaces where families grow, and communities thrive. What an incredible day it was at Lake Casitas for our Annual Viola Family Day! As a general contracting construction company rooted in Ventura, CA, we pride ourselves not just on our core values of safety, quality, and environment, but also on fostering a strong sense of community among our team and their families. This year’s event was a shining example of all that we stand for. We had a great time connecting outside of the office, enjoying the beautiful surroundings, and engaging in a variety of fun activities that brought everyone closer together. From the breathtaking views of the lake to the friendly competitions and delicious food, it was a day filled with joy and camaraderie. A big thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this day memorable.
