关于我们
Vinylly is an inclusive dating app that matches people based ?? on music compatibility. At Vinylly, we believe (and science has proven) that the music we love and the way we listen to it is a powerful window into who we are – connecting us on a deeper level and providing us with a solid foundation to develop and maintain lasting relationships. Vinylly matches users through a proprietary music profile generator or if a user chooses, an analysis of their streaming history. These combined with a few questions about the role music plays in their lives, enables Vinylly’s algorithm to provide “high volume” matches. Users have the ability to create and edit their playlists and to browse matches and press “play” when they want to connect, as well as chat and get concert tickets for first dates all without having to leave the app. Available now on iOS and Android in US, UK, Canada and India (Android), Vinylly was recently recognized by Mashable as one of the “8 dating apps that are bucking against Tinder’s model.” To learn more, visit www.vinyllyapp.com.

The article below reminded us when Vanity Fair coined the term “Dating Apocalypse” in 2015 to describe the effects of Tinder and the like on society. It’s gotten worse. Traditional dating apps focused on body image and inauthenticity are linked to increased rates of depression, stress, anxiety, eating disorders and mental health issues. Turns out, swiping your way through superficiality doesn’t feel good. You know what does feel good? Listening to music. Connecting to music. Listening and connecting to music with someone else. This isn’t a niche: The average person listens to 2 hours and 38 minutes of music per day, over 961 hours a year. At Vinylly, we leverage the power and pleasure of music in cultivating relationships. #datingapp #datingnews #datingtrends #musiccompatibility #musicnews https://lnkd.in/g995wuqH
