Since we invested in 2018 we have watched Evisort evolve from an ambitious idea to a trusted AI-driven solution used by major companies worldwide. When we first met, Jerry, Jake, and Amine had a simple insight: contract review is tedious, and AI could solve it. What’s remarkable isn’t just their vision and resulting product, but how they’ve consistently listened to customers, stayed agile, and embraced new technologies like LLMs. This acquisition is the right step for the team and their continued growth. Before Ossium, patients would have to wait sometimes indefinitely for a bone marrow match. Ossium is changing that with its life-saving bank of frozen bone marrow, which can cut wait times for matched donors to weeks or days.
