Congratulations to our board member Taryell Simmons for winning the RISE San Diego ILIA Awards in the category “Culture Shifter Award” that honors an individual who has shown dedication and action in shifting the culture of organizations and communities alike. Last week we had a mixer and Real Talk event in partnership with 5th Quarter Consulting as part of Stella Foundation Women’s Venture Summit hosted at the Better Business Bureau Serving the Pacific Southwest. It was a special event where we had an all #women speakers, facilitators, and an audience of 40 women #founders. It was a powerful moment of vulnerability and authenticity on the intersectionality of the #womenfounder experiences.
