We have released a Request for Qualifications for consulting services to assist the County with updating the Land Resource Management Plan. The last plan was adopted in 2002 and revised in 2011. As part of this update, we are looking to include a Housing Element to accommodate the full spectrum of housing needs in the County. The Village of Manhattan is excited to announce another new business coming to Manhattan. First Care Family Clinic & SF Aesthetics and MedSpa is moving into the former Riverside building located at 380 W North St. near the Agave Restaurant. This will be a family medical practice with regular doctor visits welcoming both walkins as well as appointments. We hope to see this business opening up in mid January.
