This morning, our residents gathered for a delightful cooking demonstration led by our talented chef, Panos. He captivated us with his Greek-inspired Watermelon appetizer, sharing his culinary secrets, favorite tools, and passion for fresh, flavorful ingredients. To enhance the experience, Panos introduced us to a delightful Sauvignon Blanc that paired perfectly with his recipe, complete with a personal story to enrich the taste. And photos from this evening capture our special Employee of the Month ceremony, where we came together to honor our exceptional crew.
