This weekend, our CCH team had the wonderful opportunity to speak at the Masses at Church of the Ascension and St. Paul Catholic Parish. We were grateful for the opportunity to share how we are one of 40 ministries supported by the Archbishop’s Call to Share and to talk about the services we provide. Are you providing care for a loved one? Please be our guest the 3rd Wednesday of each month for an evening of community at our Caregivers Support Group. We'll provide valuable resources and an opportunity to connect with others in a supportive environment. The summer months are often filled with family gatherings and celebrations — situations that can be both joyful and daunting for those experiencing health issues and their caregivers. This month, we’ll be talking about navigating family gatherings, from logistical issues like travel, to strategies for enjoying time together & documenting memories. Our talk will be followed by open discussion, so bring your questions, stories, and concerns, and leave with coping skills and spiritual support for the road ahead. Last weekend, our team had the opportunity to join the Church of the Nativity community to celebrate Mass and share about the services Catholic Community Health offers. Thank you to Fr.
