The Viewrail Team had a great time last Friday, and helped to raise over $600 for Ryan's Place during September's First Friday Event! But the highlight of the evening was when our own Len Morris took a turn in the Dunk Tank, and his wife, Marci sent him splashing! Thank you to Ryan's Place, Downtown Goshen, Inc., and everyone who donated to help support this wonderful non-profit!

Major Announcement: About two months ago, I sat down with my dad, Len Morris, and he asked me to consider coming back to Viewrail. You may be aware that I spent 7 years leading the sales & marketing teams there, most recently in the Chief Customer Officer position. I left at the beginning of 2024 to pursue a consulting practice. I felt that I was ready for a new challenge and was excited to work with a variety of clients. It has been an incredible 8 months of learning. I got up-close access to a variety of business models and leadership styles. I can't think of anything I would have rather done this year. But when Len shared that he wanted me to come back not just to my previous role, but with the role of President, everything in me knew that it felt right. I've been spending a lot of time back on the Viewrail campus over the last couple of weeks and am relishing the opportunity to be back with a team that I care so much about. Because while I got a lot of wonderful experience doing solo consulting, I definitely missed being part of a team that is working together everyday to achieve big goals. Through the end of this year, I will be finishing out my consulting relationships as well as starting to reintegrate into the Viewrail leadership team. I am so grateful to everyone who has supported me during this journey. Thank you to the businesses who trusted me and the individuals that gave me so much opportunity to learn. Now let's get after it.

We did tours around all of our plants, took a deep dive into our process, and discussed our shared goals to explore the world of high end design. At Viewrail, we believe that part of putting people first is supporting them through the highs and the lows; including the loss of a loved one. As a nonprofit located in Downtown Goshen,? Ryan’s Place provides support to families who have experienced such a loss. Their vision is that “No family or child should grieve the death of a loved one alone.” We believe that Ryan’s Place is doing important work, and that is why we have chosen to make raising money for Ryan’s Place our focus at Picklefest!
