Not at all earth shattering…..but our team takes pride in constantly improving. So, we upgraded the marketing center in our vacant listings with TV screens instead of printed boards. Now when you walk in you see a scrolling video showing all the highlights of the property (thank you VidTech and Evan J. Brandt). Will this get the property leased? No. At best this is 0.5% of the equation. But it takes 100% effort and execution to lease and sell properties in today’s market.

Development sites are primary candiates for video - they're challenging to verbally visualize. Some brokers and developers believe their site is too big to effectively show in video. It all depends on how the video is created. Here's how we handle this challenge, as shown in ths Videom of a 12k acre site: 1. Utilize powerful 3D satellite footage to outline sections of the development, sub-markets, and other data points that help orientate the viewer. 2. Superimpose site plans on top of both satellite and drone footage with animated callouts of key features of the develoment. 3. High-level drone shots with strategic camera angles to enable our editors to display information over a vast area. This project is unique as we produced 2 Videoms of nearby sites - both of which deserve all the atteniton of buyers and tenants interested in the Lake Charles MSA, LA.
