It’s a great week to focus on gratitude!? Gratitude is an example of a seemingly small act that, when practiced regularly, has the potential to positively impact our workplace culture?and our culture at home. Who in your workplace?or home?are your grateful for today? Rather than keep that thought to yourself, share it with them. Tell someone you appreciate them. This creates emotional and mental recovery for you and then. Text someone that you appreciate them. Write a hand written note of gratitude Send an email letting someone know you appreciate them. Journal about who you are grateful for today in your life If you celebrate Thanksgiving, create a gratitude practice. Two ideas are a gratitude jar or a gratitude board. The gratitude’s can be read at Thanksgiving dinner. Perform a random act of kindness Compliment someone Point out to another person how their skills, work or strengths are helpful for you. Then thank them.
