Si è concluso oggi il convegno organizzato da Marche Yachting & Cruising Association, "Navigando verso il futuro - il settore nautico di lusso nelle Marche", un'importante occasione di confronto tra le aziende della filiera e le istituzioni. Durante l'evento è stata presentata la ricerca dell' Università Politecnica delle Marche sul settore del luxury shipbuilding nelle Marche e sugli approdi per i superyacht. Inoltre, i soci hanno condiviso le loro istanze per rendere il settore sempre più solido e competitivo nei prossimi anni toccando temi centrali quali infrastrutture, logistica, formazione e turismo. Videoworks had the honor of attending the final event of the "Technical Expert in Wiring and Installation of A/V, IT, and Home Automation Systems for the Yachting Sector" course. Alongside Videoworks, the following partners contributed to this virtuous project: ?? @ISS Laeng Meucci ?? Università Politecnica delle Marche ?? Fondazione Luigi Clerici IFTS stands for Higher Technical Education and Training—a free, post-secondary, non-university training program totaling 800 hours. Designed for both employed professionals and job-seeking graduates, it equips participants with highly marketable skills, helping them transition smoothly into the workforce or pursue further education. IFTS courses are a valuable opportunity for young people, as demonstrated by two outstanding students, but they also benefit companies. The training = growth equation is a crucial driver of Italian entrepreneurship, ensuring that Italy's excellence continues to shine on the global stage. Key Takeaways: ? Balancing work and study is possible. ? Stepping outside your comfort zone is essential. ? Mastering English is a must. ? Soft skills are just as important as technical expertise.
