Kylie has been working for Victors since 2020! She started as a Recruiter and Office Admin and worked her way up! - ?? She loves to be outside in nature whether that's taking a walk or hiking. She also really enjoys swimming. True to her role at Victors, Kylie loves numbers. She also has two dogs, April and Maizy! - ?? Kylie's favorite thing about working for Victors is the people and the culture. The relationships she has built with colleagues and homeowners will last a lifetime. She also likes that she can be her complete self in the workplace! - ?? Fun fact about Kylie, she owns a motorcycle! Kylie is one of our shining stars here at Victors! Today is Veterans Day. From all of us at Victors Home Solutions, we want to take a moment to honor and thank all who have served our country in the armed forces, including the many within our own company! ???? With that said, we have BIG news! ?? This afternoon we couldn't be more excited to give back to a veteran through our partnership with Habitat for Humanity and their Veterans Initiative program. Last Veterans Day, we replaced this veterans roof through our Give Back program. This year will be our first Windows Give Back– where we will be replacing all 18 windows in his home. These windows we're replacing are all originals from the early 1900's. We couldn't be more thankful for the opportunity to begin giving back to someone who gave so much for our country on a day like today, alongside Habitat for Humanity. More details to come soon– for now, here is a picture of the start of something wonderful! ??

Ali has been working for Victors for five months! - ?? She likes to sing, play guitar, work out, and spend time with friends, family, and her cats! - ?? Ali's favorite thing about working for Victors is the atmosphere. She says that its both energizing and supportive, with everyone enjoying their work and motivating others to succeed. It's all about collective success and teamwork, rather than just individual achievements. - ?? Fun fact about Ali, she taught 5th and 6th grade Science and Social Studies all the way in Cambodia! Ali is one of our shining stars here at Victors! This is Adam Smith, Finance Director of Victors Home Solutions! ?? ?? Adam has been working for Victors since September of 2024! ?? He likes spending time with family, reading, listening to music, and watching sports (especially the Tigers and Red Wings) and movies. ?? Adam's favorite thing about working for Victors is the people! He says it's rare to find a collective of individuals that are so excited about what they do and eager to support others. ?? Fun fact about Adam. He is named after the famous Scottish philosopher and economist, Adam Smith! Adam is one of our shining stars here at Victors! The Give Back video is finally here! ?? How do we Give Back, and what does it mean to Give Back? For every 100 roofs we replace, we provide one free roof to a family in need in our local communities! Join Roof Inspector Dakota Solomon and the wonderful Giles family as they receive a FREE roof through our Give Back program and share their story. ??

When our team met this family, we knew they were the next recipients of a FREE ROOF REPLACEMENT! ?? The Whitehead family has a story unlike any we have shared thus far. Tim Patton, General Manager of Saginaw, decided to share their story with us, and we can't wait to share it with you very soon. ??
