I’m realising more and more how important word of mouth is when it comes to forming new relationships, building trust and brand reputation. It’s just as important as any other form of marketing. This month we’ve onboarded more new clients than any other month in our (short) history, mostly through word of mouth. I’d really underestimated the power ‘the recommendation’.
