Hospice Our Hospice provides comfort and support to people with life-limiting illnesses, enabling them to live with dignity while experiencing quality time with family, friends, and loved ones. Our expert Hospice team and volunteers offer a specialized knowledge of medical care, including pain management in which we improve quality of life through dignity and comfort. Disability Services At ViaQuest, we understand the unique and specialized needs of those with developmental disabilities and have built our comprehensive service model to support individuals regardless of their situation. We take the time to get to know each person and tailor our support based on their personal needs and goals. We are committed to helping individuals reach both their personal and employment goals while turning dreams into realities. We are the only provider who serves people across the continuum of care; from daily living skills to physical health to mental and behavioral health. Behavioral and Mental Health Services We understand that psychiatric and behavioral care needs to be easily accessible, comprehensive and individualized. At ViaQuest, we have the resources and expertise needed to properly manage the complexities of psychiatric and behavioral care, enabling you to live your best life possible.

Suicide Prevention Month September is National Suicide Prevention Month – a time to remember the lives lost to suicide, acknowledge the millions more who have experienced suicidal thoughts, and the many individuals, families and communities that have been impacted by suicide. It’s also a time to raise awareness about suicide prevention and share messages of hope. During September, and throughout the year, we can care about suicide prevention; connect to community, culture, data, and research; and collaborate with others to address this public health problem that has impacted millions of Americans. How You Can Help? Educate yourself and others about suicide prevention: Learn the warning signs and risk factors for suicide, how to support someone considering suicide, and familiarize yourself with the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. ViaQuest, Inc. partnered up with Pet Partners in Cincinnati today and the residents at Salem Woods, apart of Foundations Health Solutions, absolutely LOVED Rosie, the Yorkie ????! Trish, Rosie’s owner, popped in and out of rooms with us, bringing smiles to so many of our clients faces! A huge thank you to the Salem Woods staff that helped us today during our visit! We love coordinating these types of visits for our partners and their residents!?

This Foundations Health Solutions facility had their annual resident fair filled with sweet treats, a dunk tank, and lots of smiling residents! National Burger Day?!?! Sign me up!! ?? Check out ?? what one of our ViaQuest, Inc. Development Coordinators, Sarah Mills, brought to our partners at Allay Senior Care to celebrate. Swensons Burgers come in at a close second, right behind the amazing psych services we provide to so many facilities across the state of Ohio, including Allay Senior Care! What’s your favorite topping?? ??? ...mine has to be caramelized onions and mushrooms! Hope everyone celebrated National Burger Day accordingly!???

Today our ViaQuest, Inc. Development Coordinator, Jordan Porto, and our Clinical Manager, Nikki Smith, put on an ice cream social??for CareCore at Lakeridge, apart of CareCore Health LLC. We absolutely love doing these types of events for our partners and their residents!! The event was so much fun, and many of our amazing clients we serve each day showed up for a sweet treat and left with a smile on their face!??Definitely a great midweek pick me up??
