We had the honor of working with the National Landing BID on their Placemaking Toolkit. Together, we developed a step-by-step process for developing projects and provided plenty of inspiration that will spark collaborations and bring National Landing’s placemaking vision to life. #placemaking

National Landing is transforming into one of the most dynamic mixed-use districts in the country, and placemaking has been key to that evolution. From the Crystal City Metro entrance to the Mt. Vernon Trailhead, we've reimagined public spaces to be more engaging, connected, and vibrant. Now, we're building on that momentum with the National Landing Placemaking Toolkit—a resource designed to guide future investments and empower stakeholders to shape our growing neighborhood. Focused on inclusivity, economic development, and public space activation, this Toolkit offers a blueprint for creating unique, people-centered places. ?? Learn more: https://bit.ly/42Qkp1L

  • We are celebrating the newly installed *Enduring Currents* by Olalekan Jeyifous, commissioned by the City of St. Louis Community Development Agency and Urban Strategies, Inc. as part of the HUD Choice Neighborhoods Initiative. Located at the intersection of 14th and O’Fallon Streets in the Carr Square Neighborhood in north St. Louis, these three bold, interconnected sculptures weave across the site and speak to enduring communal bonds and collective triumphs of the community. In the words of the artist, they “are a celebration of the community's perseverance, rich multi-generational pride and heritage, and continued commitment to growth and unity.”
