More Stories to Inspire ? This week, we’re back with more real-life examples of people using their character strengths to create positive change. Let these stories remind you that small actions, fueled by strengths, can make a big impact! ?? ?? Christian Thiele: Cultivating Presence Through Mindfulness? Christian Thiele is embracing the Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice (MBSP) program to become more present and self-aware. Guided by Kathi Sch?fer and Prof. Dr. Peter Malinowski, they’re learning to balance strengths, recognize when they’re overused, and activate dormant ones—fostering greater clarity in daily life. ?? ?? See the post ?? https://lnkd.in/gFwYtB6T? ? ?? Deborah Shukyn-Plageman: Championing Strengths-Based Neurodiversity? Deborah Shukyn-Plageman, M.Ed., PCC, ESIA, EIA, CCDP led a workshop on the VIA Character Strengths model, notably showing how strengths help neurodivergent individuals thrive at work. Participants explored their 24 character strengths, learning to boost productivity, build relationships, and align strengths with goals. Seeing "aha" moments reinforced the power of a strengths-based approach. ???? See the post ?? https://lnkd.in/gFjkBgzQ? ? ?? Noor Aishah: Stepping Outside the Comfort Zone? At EduTech Asia, Noor Aishah presented on Leveraging Character Strengths in the Classroom.
