FULL-TIME PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR: CEI firm seeks a Construction Project Administrator to oversee roadway, bridge, and vertical construction projects for our clients. Works heavily with the City of Jacksonville, Clay County, JEA, and FDOT. * Applicants must have at least eight years of construction project management or engineering experience in at least one of these construction types: roadway, bridge, utilities, or vertical building construction. * Applicants with experience in multiple construction types are preferred. * Applicants must have good verbal and writing skills and the ability to conduct client meetings professionally. * Applicants must be able to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. *The Project Administrator will be responsible for daily coordination with inspection staff, daily oversite of construction operations, conducting client meetings, coordination with design engineers, reviewing and processing RFIs and construction product submittals, attending field meetings, reviewing construction schedules, reviewing and processing contractor pay applications, and other project administrative tasks. EDUCATION CAN SUBSTITUTED FOR EXPERIENCE: *Two (2) years of engineering experience in relevant transportation projects. * A master’s degree in engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management may be substituted for one (1) year of engineering experience Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year. __________________________________________________________________________________ FULL-TIME ASSISTANT PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR: CEI firms seek a Construction Project Administrator to oversee roadway, bridge, and vertical construction projects for our clients.
