CMS has selected 15 states to participate in the Transforming Maternal Health (TMaH) Model: go.cms.gov/TMaH. TMaH aims to improve maternal and infant health outcomes for people enrolled in Medicaid and CHIP, offering enhanced care and resources to address physical health, mental health, and social needs during pregnancy and postpartum.
