Vforge uses aluminum thixocasting, a semi-solid metal (SSM) casting process, to: (1) credibly eliminate shrinkage defects and gas porosity. (2) optimize mechanical and thermal properties, and (3) lower the total manufacturing cost of complex part designs. We are a contract manufacturer and preferred AS9100 / ISO9001 supplier for structural, pressure-tight, and near-net shape parts to world-class OEMs in North America, Europe, and Asia. Our additional capabilities include in-house tooling, heat-treatment, machining, surface finishing, and managed coating services to deliver value engineering solutions ready for assembly.
