Veterans in Crisis (VIC) is the sole community-based nonprofit serving Northern Michigan military veterans facing acute crises. As a “go-to” resource, VIC takes rapid, targeted action to deliver immediate and direct relief, providing for the urgent needs of those who are too often the last to ask for help. Established in 2015, VIC serves by leveraging local relationships and building the necessary capital to effect straightforward, timely solutions that preserve individual dignity.
