This One Hit Home. I received a Real Message A good friend sent me a message. His mentor, a respected leader, took his own life. No warnings. No signs. Just gone. And it hit me hard because last year, I struggled too. I know what it’s like to be in that dark place. To act on impulses that hurt both yourself and those around you. By luck and faith, I made it through. But not everyone is as lucky. ?? Every single day, around 40 veterans take their own lives. That’s not just a statistic. That’s 40 lives, 40 families, 40 futures.... just gone. We honor service. We honor sacrifice. But we don’t talk enough about what happens after. The truth the battles that don’t end when the uniform comes off. The weight of it all. The silent struggles. The feeling that no one understands. PLEASE!
