We are thrilled to have been a part of the single largest fundraising night Cattle Barons Ball has ever raised for the American Cancer Society (woohoo)! ?? We served 2,500 guests, complete with 7 buffet lines, passed appetizers, chef attended stations, pre-concert munchies, and late night snacks!! What a night to remember! ??

We are excited to highlight a recent accomplishment that, just a few years ago, would have seemed unattainable. Last week, our Austin team successfully orchestrated one of our favorite events so far this year. We were honored to collaborate with WeddingPro in providing food and beverage services for a conference attended by leading wedding professionals from across the country. From an abundant brunch spread to a delightful lunch with a view and a celebratory fusion menu at cocktail hour, our offerings matched the exceptional quality of the education presented by industry leaders.
