Vessel's merry wishes for the happiest of holidays to all our manufacturing partners, visionaries, and creators! We share our version of a holiday classic, "'Twas the Night Before Manufacturing’s Future" ‘Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the land, small factories still humming, each crafting by hand. The machines begging for rest, the floors swept with care, in hopes that additional orders soon would be there. The workers were nestled all snug in their beds, while visions of reshoring danced in their heads. With tools on the bench and designs in the queue, they dreamed of a future bright, bold, and new. When out in the shop there arose such a clatter, I sprang from my desk to see what was the matter. Away to the window I flew in a dash, tore open the blinds, and looked through the sash. The moon on the steel and the fresh-fallen snow, it gave a glow to the products lined neatly in rows. When what to my wondering eyes should appear, but a sleigh full of tools and a talented engineer! With a driver so savvy, so sharp, and so able, I knew in a moment it must have the label. “Made in America!” the sleigh proudly read, And the driver called out as he flew overhead: “On Welding! On Casting! On Printing and Milling! On Circuitry! On Textiles! On Building and Drilling! To the heights of innovation, to the frontlines of trade, let’s show the whole world what progress we’ve made!” As sparks that fly upward when welders ignite, the sleigh soared 'or factories, a beautiful sight. It stopped at each machine floor, both large and quite small, for manufacturing matters to one and to all. He spoke of investments in skills and design, of partnerships forged with a purpose divine. He promised a network, resilient and strong, and a future where talent could truly belong. With a wink of his eye and a nod of his head, he spread inspiration wherever he tread. He left behind tools, ideas, and hope, to help every business expand and elope. And as he departed, he shouted with glee: “Here’s to small businesses, the backbone you’ll be!
