Too often today, people have this unrealistic expectation of people to do things they aren’t willing to do themselves. Don’t abuse authority-serve others and show them. Take ownership; lead yourself; lead by example. Show others around you that your willing to do the work. Influence others the way it was intended to be done so everyone can learn what needs to be done, for everyone to be successful.

All: I needed to take a much needed break from social media for reasons I won’t get into. A lot of people have reached out through various platforms to see if everything is okay. Yes, I am great and my family is great. I thought providing this quote today is a great start to get back into somewhat of a regular cadence. My short sabbatical was necessary for me to focus. Focus will absolutely impact your experience one way or another. Stay focused on what you want and have hope that you will achieve it. It may not always be on your timetable, but if you remain focused, the experiences along the way will be your greatest teachings.
