Versatile gave its first employee of the quarter for 2024. Meet Jeremy. 7 months ago he was wrote up for his callbacks and aggressive attitude. Instead of firing him, I decided to try and turn that fire in his gut into something more positive. During his write up, I challenged him to be better. That challenge was laced with incentives. Since that day, his call back rate has dropped drastically. His attitude has made a 180 degree turn, and he has become one of my most reliable technicians. Now Jeremy makes $3 more an hour, got a nice plaque, great job security and a 1k bonus. His resilency, ambition and focus is exactly what we strive for our technicians to have. He is proof that it's not about what you know, it's about what you are willing to learn. Congrats Jeremy.
