    It’s been over six months since I joined Dynatrace and already some important steps towards better understanding the key elements supporting the #Dynatrace #employeeexperience have been taken. How? We started by asking and listening to the talented people working here sharing their experiences of our global culture. The discovery phase was completed with an impressive participation rate that provided insights that excite me for the future ahead.     Music has never been my strong suit. But I’m learning! While I grew up in a musical household with an organ, piano, and cello among the many instruments in our home, I’m sad to say that I am the only member of my family who has never accomplished more than a few pieces on a keyboard. But now, many decades later, music and its powerful impact on people and the world have come into my life in a new way through my work representing The Wisconsin Conservatory of Music (WCM). This month, I am producing content with internationally known WCM alumni to help tell their stories in honor of the Conservatory’s 125 years of teaching music to people of all ages. These alumni are passionate, kind, generous with their time and humble. And what talent! WCM has a truly remarkable history and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to help celebrate it through this work. I look forward to sharing some of what we produce in the coming weeks. Having learned that you can become musically connected at any age, I’m sure my mother and father, who loved all forms of music, are smiling down on me now!
