Tell us about your role at Versana?
I develop sales strategies to attract new clients and expand existing relationships. Given my background as a loan trader, it’s easy to discuss our platform’s value proposition as our data optimizes decision-making and minimizes errors. I also enjoy collaborating with our Product, Tech, Marketing and Client Success teams to provide client feedback and ensure a seamless client experience.
Favorite song to listen to while working?
Without a doubt, Peter Gabriel’s ‘Solsbury Hill’ –– the arrangement + progressive rhythm boost my energy level all day long!
As a former trader, what Versana capability do you find most beneficial?
The granularity of our high quality data lets users know their exact, real time settled positions and provides insight into pending events, such as amortizations and prepayments. This helps traders reduce the risk of short selling and compresses settlement times. In addition, accurate all-in yields (SOFR contract level + spread + spread adjustment) enables Portfolio Managers and Credit Analysts to make better investment decisions to improve portfolio returns.
