Our staff worked hard after the flooding this summer, but we found ways to lighten the mood a bit by getting our kids involved as well. Brad's toddler tagged along to inspect infrastructure for flood damage. Liz's 5-year-old delivered supplies and a meal to the crew in Plainfield. And Wayne's son, a wastewater operator for the Town of St Johnsbury, is always willing to help—and we were able to return the favor when St J experienced flooding in late July. Had a great time at Water Professionals Appreciation Day at Quarries Disc Golf Course and Millstone Hill in Barre. Thanks to Laramie Water Resources and Simon Operation Services for sponsoring! And sending extra appreciation to those who weren't able to attend because they're still in the midst of flood recovery ??

Vermont will experience the solar eclipse on April 8, and we are excited for it! However, the influx of visitors to the state could have an impact on local water and wastewater systems. We're suggesting everyone plan ahead so they are prepared for traffic, delays, and staying safe. https://lnkd.in/eiw97KZd
