The Acute Stress Adaptive Protocol is a trauma intervention tool originally designed for First Responders to utilize in the aftermath of a critical incident. ASAP trained individuals do not need to be licensed mental health professionals in order to provide life-changing support to their peers. ASAP research has shown that it is safe, effective, relevant, and efficient. It has been proven to decrease post-traumatic stress symptoms by 44% in First Responders.
