Meet Dustin Weiss – Project Manager at Veritas As a Project Manager at Veritas, Dustin Weiss is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, safely executed, within budget, and aligned with the defined scope. He values the opportunity to apply his skills and experience to achieve success while continuously growing as a professional and leader. Dustin is married to his best friend, Alli, and together they share four amazing boys. Outside of work, you’ll often find him enjoying his favorite hobby—fly fishing. What Dustin loves most about Veritas is the ability to be himself, use his gifts and abilities for God’s glory, and work with an incredible team to build projects that leave a lasting impact.

Meet Anthony Sitnikov – Project Manager at Veritas As a Project Manager at Veritas, Anthony Sitnikov ensures construction projects run smoothly from start to finish. His role involves coordinating materials, scheduling and supporting subcontractors, and ensuring every project is built to plan with a commitment to quality and client satisfaction. With two years at Veritas, Anthony appreciates the collaborative environment and the opportunities for professional growth. He thrives in a company that values continuous learning and teamwork. Outside of work, Anthony enjoys the great outdoors—camping is his favorite hobby. He also has a red heeler named Mishka, who’s always up for an adventure.

Meet Jerry Inga – Account Manager at Veritas As an Account Manager at Veritas, Jerry Inga specializes in managing maintenance accounts for facility services. His role involves scheduling employees for customer requests, the warranty department, and sales centers, while also overseeing material orders, supervising work, and stepping in when needed. With over three years at Veritas, Jerry appreciates the company's family-like culture, where everyone's input is valued, and collaboration is key. Originally a military kid, Jerry brings a diverse background to his role. Outside of work, he’s a dedicated father of two sons and enjoys fishing, shooting, playing the stock market, and lifelong learning—always seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Meet Justin Waller – Construction Field Manager With eight years at Veritas, Justin Waller serves as the Construction Field Manager, overseeing all build projects in the field and ensuring seamless alignment between project managers and customers. In addition, he leads the historic preservation and restoration team, finding great fulfillment in preserving history through his work. Outside of Veritas, Justin is a devoted husband and father of four. His adventurous nature keeps him engaged in both his personal and professional life, always seeking new challenges and opportunities for growth. What Justin values most about working at Veritas is the opportunity to grow—both as an individual and as a professional. He thrives in an environment that promotes creative thinking and independent responsibility, making Veritas a place where innovation and excellence go hand in hand.

Meet Patricia Dale – Customer Care at Veritas With over ten years of experience at Veritas, Patricia Dale plays a vital role in facility services, building strong relationships with both customers and field teams. Patricia is deeply committed to delivering high-quality work and spends much of her time ensuring that every project meets the company’s high standards of care. Outside of work, Patricia has a heart for serving others, particularly through her involvement with her church family. A proud cat lover, Patricia also enjoys spending time with her 8 grandchildren, cherishing every moment with them—whenever they let her! Patricia’s dedication to excellence and service is what makes her an invaluable part of the Veritas team.

Meet Bailey Blancett – Client Success Manager | Marketing Coordinator at Veritas As the Client Success Manager and Marketing Coordinator at Veritas, Bailey Blancett is dedicated to building and nurturing relationships while driving growth across the Treasure Valley. Bailey also plays an integral role in the exciting rebranding of Veritas and advancing the company's marketing efforts. Currently finishing dual degrees in Ministry and Marketing at Northwest Nazarene University, Bailey plans to pursue a master’s in both fields, blending their passion for ministry and marketing to create meaningful impact. Outside of work, Bailey recently retired from collegiate soccer at NNU but still enjoys playing the sport whenever possible. Additionally, Bailey loves swing dancing with their fiancée, and with a wedding scheduled for May, they’re excited for what the future holds! For Bailey, working at Veritas has been nothing short of a blessing. The company's faith-led values, dynamic work culture, and sense of purpose in everything they do make it an easy place to love. Meet Matigan Strassell – Bookkeeper, Accounts Receivable, and HR at Veritas With three years of experience at Veritas, Matigan Strassell plays a crucial role in keeping the company running smoothly. She expertly manages billing and payments, ensuring accurate records for every project and account. Matigan handles vendor invoices, manages project accounts, and tracks transactions, while also creating and refining internal processes that boost efficiency. Additionally, she processes payroll and oversees employee benefits, ensuring that the team is supported both professionally and personally. A proud graduate of Northwest Nazarene University with bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and secondary education, Matigan brings precision and organization to everything she does. Outside of work, she enjoys a variety of hobbies, including country swing dancing with her husband, target rifle, cooking, knitting, playing the piano, and—perhaps most relatable—avoiding laundry. What Matigan loves most about working with Veritas is the variety of projects that challenge her and push her to grow. She’s passionate about the company's culture, where the team feels like family, holding each other to high standards of ethics and integrity while striving to be better every day.

With a deep background in facility services and construction, John Fitzgerald, President of Veritas, has spent over a decade leading the company with a focus on quality, accountability, and trust. His leadership is rooted in authenticity, transparency, and empowering those around him to grow and succeed. Melanie Fitzgerald, who oversees Accounts Payable, has been an integral part of Veritas’ growth. A Boise native and former educator, she transitioned from teaching to helping build the company alongside John, stepping in wherever needed to support operations and financial management. Beyond the business, John and Melanie are passionate about giving back. For over a decade, they’ve served as dedicated 4-H leaders, mentoring and supporting youth in their community.
