At Veris, we don't just talk about sustainability – we actively embrace it. This month, we're excited to spotlight Alray Adams, our Assistant Maintenance Manager, as our Employee Feature. When asked how he integrates sustainability into his work, Alray shared: “My team and I focus on sustainability during each unit turnover. We replace every fluorescent light fixture with energy-efficient LED fixtures. Depending on the size of the unit, we typically change between 8 to 12 light fixtures. This initiative not only helps us reduce energy consumption and lower emissions but also provides our residents with longer-lasting lighting compared to traditional fluorescent options.” Well done, Alray!?
