Verfisum: Building Pathways to Employment & Inclusion ?? The Verfisum Project - Virtual Escape Room: Future Jobs Integration - Supporting Ukraine and Migrants - addresses critical challenges in today's society, from economic hardship to forced migration, particularly due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the war in Ukraine. With a focus on improving access to skilled employment and reducing school drop-out rates, Verfisum aims to ?? Key objectives:? ? Improve the skills of learners and trainers, preparing them for future labour markets.? ? Promote the social and labour market integration of migrants and refugees across Europe.? ? Develop innovative learning materials for use in both formal and non-formal courses.? ? Incorporate digital and green approaches to learning and working to promote sustainability.? ? Ensure lasting impact through dissemination of project outcomes and engagement with stakeholders within and beyond the participant community. By using innovative tools such as a virtual escape room, we aim to empower disadvantaged groups and support their integration into education and employment systems, creating a more inclusive and skilled society. Our EU Projects Empowering Refugees: ????????????????????: This project champions equal opportunities by fostering the integration of marginalized groups, including refugees, into society and the economy. It supports the skills and entrepreneurial spirit of refugees, empowering them to contribute positively. ??????????????: Focused on empowering migrants seeking construction industry jobs in the EU, MiTRUST provides targeted open and distance learning opportunities. It equips refugees with the necessary language skills, soft skills, and workplace behaviors to thrive in this sector. ????????????????: Addresses access to qualified employment for disadvantaged groups, worsened by COVID-19 and recent conflicts. It supports inclusion and diversity in VET learning and helps Ukrainian migrants integrate into society, education, and the labor market. ??????????: Integrates Ukrainian refugees into vocational training and the labor market. It shares best practices, develops guides and tools for skills identification and training, and creates flexible employment paths to help Ukrainians gain vocational education and adapt to labor market needs.
