As we navigate through this season of upcoming elections and the constant stream of news that can sometimes amplify division, it's understandable to feel apprehensive about what lies ahead. Yet, there's enduring wisdom in Philippians 4:8, which encourages us to dwell on what is true, honorable, pure, lovely, and praiseworthy. This guidance prompts us to actively nurture our mental and emotional well-being by acknowledging the positive aspects of life often overlooked in our daily routines. So as we approach the upcoming holiday, we at Veratex aim to celebrate with intentionality. Reflecting on the present blessings in our lives and expressing gratitude for what we have, rather than dwelling on what may come. May your Fourth of July be filled with purposeful contemplation and appreciation of life's current goodness.
