Rhea is the founder and director the The Parsons Entrepreneurial Lab (ELAB), started in 2014. Rhea has been actively involved in the startup community with over 21 years of entrepreneurial experience and sits on the board of a start up and working closely with founders, investors and industry experts. She’s currently an Assist. Professor in Strategic Design and Management at Parsons School of Design - The New School unleashing the power of design thinking for business innovation and entrepreneurship. Rhea is also one of the authors of the recently released book, “A Design Driven Guide for Entrepreneurs: Strategies for Starting up in a Multiverse,” which introduces a strategic design approach for entrepreneurs aiming to create values-driven businesses that challenge the status quo. Meet Diego Oswaldo Gonzalez Macias, VO's Program Manager! Diego joined VentureOut in December 2021 and oversees programming and our internship program. He logistically supports all VentureOut programs, from our one-week EXPLORE programs to our 3-month EXECUTE programs, and oversees all research initiatives. Diego graduated from Tecnologico de Monterrey in Mexico with a Bachelor's in International Business.
