Are you interested in having your compelling wound cases highlighted as a poster or in a publication? Getting involved now could have a significant impact on the availability of CAMPs products in the near future. We have strong evidence to suggest that CMS will prioritize clinical data above all else when making product-based coverage and payment determinations. We are asking for your help. By contributing to the clinical evidence we already have, you can help ensure that wound care practices remain viable and that patients continue to have access to effective treatments. If you have treated a few, several, or many patients with Vendaje or AmnioWrap2, we can assist you in constructing a case study, case series, or even a retrospective study. There are several upcoming wound care conferences with opportunities to submit abstracts, and we are always looking for more real-world evidence! Poster abstract deadlines approaching: November 15th:?Boswick Symposium We realize this deadline is fast approaching; however, there are many more opportunities to present throughout 2025, and we encourage you to get a head start on your submissions. We have resources available to help you submit your abstract, along with peers ready to share their knowledge and best practices. If you are interested, please fill out this brief form, and a member of our team will reach out:?https://lnkd.in/d3UM5VrH

We are pleased to announce the upcoming publication in Journal of Wound Care (JWC) of a new paper examining the effects of ProgenaMatrix Human Keratin Matrix on the healing of venous leg ulcers (VLUs). The paper reports on two groups of complex VLUs, one group with very large VLUs (mean wound area 333 cm2), the other group of VLUs < 35 cm2 in area with a mean area of 17.55 cm2. Both groups reduced dramatically in size upon addition of ProgenaMatrix (HKM) to the treatment regimen. Very large VLUs showed a 50% size reduction with four applications of HKM or less. Small to medium sized VLUs reduced by 50% in size within the first three weeks of HKM application, and 88.9% of wounds in this group healed with an average of 4.5 applications. These results demonstrate the clinical benefits of ProgenaMatix across a wide range of wound sizes, including for very large VLUs which have so far not been widely studied. Congrats to Dr. George Koullias MD and Dr. Allison Ramey-Ward on this important contribution to the literature. Link in comments. #WoundHealing #Keratin #VLU #VenousLegUlcer
